Requirements: Professional and technical reserves: Have a solid technical foundation related to new energy battery systems, and have professional and technical reserves in at least one subdivision direction such as battery system integration, BMS battery management system, thermal management, and electrical design; One has relevant work experience in the development, testing, and implementation application of lithium batteries and new energy commercial vehicles/passenger vehicles, and is familiar with power battery structure, performance parameters, and vehicle adaptation logic. Problem solving capabilities: It has strong independent problem analysis and solving capabilities, can independently handle various emergency technical and docking problems in battery adaptation, project implementation, and customer applications in overseas scenarios, and is good at dismantling complex problems and linking internal resources Efficient closed-loop, with project risk prediction and emergency response capabilities.
