Learn more at  www.veracode.com , on the  Veracode blog , and on  LinkedIn  and  Twitter .    The Sr. Director, Strategic Partnerships, Pricing & Monetization will play a critical role in supporting Veracode's growth strategy through market analysis, marketplace development, pricing optimization, competitive intelligence, and strategic business planning. This individual will partner closely with Finance, Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to evaluate partnership opportunities, develop pricing recommendations, and deliver insights that improve revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly analytical professional who enjoys solving complex business problems, working with large datasets, and influencing strategic decisions in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities Corporate Strategy Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate new products, market expansion opportunities, partnerships, and investment decisions. Support annual strategic planning processes, including long-range planning and executive-level business reviews. Prepare executive presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and Board discussions. Monitor business performance against strategic objectives and identify areas for operational improvement. Conduct market, competitive, and industry analyses to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and strategic risks. Strategic Partnerships Build a repeatable marketplace program that addresses how partner-based offerings are evaluated, structured, launched, sold, supported, and then used to inform broader Corporate Development decisions. Launching new partner-based offerings into market, including early messaging, sales motion, enablement, and customer targeting Supporting early customer conversations and using those learnings to refine the offer, messaging, and GTM model Managing partner relationships in the marketplace program through initial growth, renewals and expansion opportunities. Operating the marketplace program effectively across product, sales, support, finance, legal, channel, marketing, security, and GRC. Pricing & Monetization Support the development and evolution of Veracode's pricing and packaging strategy across products and customer segments. Lead Veracode’s cross functional Pricing Committee that serves as the primary governance body for pricing-related decisions, including: Pricing strategy and policy Product and service pricing changes Discounting and exception governance Customer and market pricing reviews Pricing communications and implementation planning Analyze customer purchasing behavior, usage trends, renewal data, and competitive pricing to identify optimization opportunities. Build pricing models and scenario analyses to evaluate pricing changes and revenue impacts.   Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Finance, FP&A, Pricing, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Business Analytics. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience working with large datasets and business intel
