Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing Type:  Full-time / Exempt Salary:  $92,000 - $100,000 + Incentives Location: Ovation Sienna Hills | 1525 East Ovation Place, Washington, UT 84780 Apply at  www.TeamAvamere.com Job Summary The Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing for a senior living community (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care) is responsible for driving occupancy goals by generating leads, conducting tours, managing the full sales cycle, and executing marketing strategies. They build relationships with families, seniors, and referral partners to move prospects into the community. Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy targets through proactive selling, including responding to inquiries, conducting in-person tours, and closing move-ins. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, including outreach to local hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and community partners to increase referrals. Plan and execute on-campus marketing events, seminars, and open houses to build community engagement and attract prospects. Cultivate relationships with prospects and their families, acting as a compassionate "family advisor" to guide them through the decision-making process. Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Lead Management) to track sales activity, monitor market trends, and produce reports for performance evaluation. Work with operations and nursing staff to ensure a seamless move-in experience and ensure the community’s image is high-quality. Plan and host professional networking events, seminars, and educational workshops at the communities to drive traffic. Distribute marketing materials and educational resources to referral partners.  Responsible for tracking and increasing monthly qualified lead generation. Responsible for tracking and increasing move-in goals for multiple communities. Responsible for tracking and increasing the number of monthly professional outreach touchpoints and new relationships established.  Hiring, training and management of other marketing/sales personnel on campus. Working with leadership to develop quarterly marketing plans. Visiting hospitals, physicians, and senior services to generate leads. Brand Ambassador serving as the face of the community to the external public. Other duties as assigned.
