We're expanding our New Product Development & Optimization creative team and looking for a second Senior Designer to help us scale our output across Shark and Ninja's growing DTC channel. You'll be deeply embedded in the product launch process, designing the digital creative that consumers encounter from first discovery through purchase. This is a high-volume, high-impact role for a designer who loves working on complex product families and finds energy in a fast-moving environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design digital creative assets: Email, PDPs, landing pages, and on-site modules for Shark and Ninja product launches and campaigns for UK, US, Canada and Mexico
Work in close collaboration with the Sr Manager Creative DTC (In Market) and fellow Sr. Designers to execute creative at scale without sacrificing quality
Interpret product briefs and category strategy to develop compelling, on-brand digital creative
Apply and maintain SharkNinja's design system and brand standards across all creative outputs
Contribute creative concepts and design iterations through a structured review and feedback process
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, GTM, and digital product teams
Support performance creative efforts, contributing asset variants for testing across paid and owned channels
Stay current on best practices in e-commerce creative, digital design, and emerging digital formats
WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years of experience in digital or e-commerce design
Portfolio showing strong work across DTC or e-commerce environments, product launches, digital campaigns, conversion-focused creative
Excellent graphic design, layout and typography
Familiar with producing AI Generative Creative using node-based systems: Flora, Weavy
Proficiency using Open AI or Claude
Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Proven ability to manage your own workload across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, and hierarchy
Collaborative team player with clear communication skills
Experience working within a defined design system and brand toolkit
Background in consumer electronics, beauty, or household goods is a plus
