Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Workouts Design Team at Peloton is focused on designing new software experiences that enable people to live both healthier and longer lives. The team works collaboratively with designers across the organization to create new workout experiences, novel software interactions for new hardware products, and intuitive ways of getting the best workout at-home, outdoors, or even in the gym.
Our Content Designers work strategically and cross-functionally to help craft flows for our members with intentional content that informs and helps our users make decisions to get maximum benefit from our fitness experiences. Successful candidates are self-motivated, strategic, highly collaborative, proactive project owners, readily open to feedback and critique. They value the success of the team over their individual progress, and are often taking leadership over delivering outcomes.
