You will become part of a dedicated AML Compliance team of around 8 professionals, offering a collaborative environment where you can build strong relationships with other professionals. As a Senior Associate – AML Compliance, your primary focus will be on Customer Due Diligence (CDD), AML reviews, and audit checks. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of industries and clients, allowing you to broaden your knowledge and strengthen your professional profile within AML Compliance. You will: • Lead and deliver AML/CFT support across multiple client engagements, including CDD/ EDD reviews and compliance reviews. • Analyse client structures and activities to identify financial crime risks and provide practical, risk-based advice. • Identify gaps in client frameworks and recommend proportionate remediation actions. Skills/ Experience: • +2 years of experience in AML, mostly in CDD. • Relevant experience in a payment institution or a CASP. • Comfortable working with minimum supervision Salary: €35K – €42K DOE + Bonus + Team building + Development budget I specialize in recruiting for Compliance Specialists.
