BRITT RADIUS provides a hybrid working model, where you have the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week. More in-office time may be required during onboarding and training. As a Land Coordinator, you will: • Manage project workflow, delegate tasks, and manage timelines and deliverables • Communicate with clients, project teams, lead & facilitate project meetings • Have a strong understanding of regulations, requirements, and processes as it relates to land acquisitions, permits, third party requirements and applications process • Ensure client quality control and processes are maintained and best practices are utilized • Ensure client preferences are captured and followed; standards are met • Review and audit full project life cycle and land/regulatory documentation, applications, and third-party requirements • Prepare client reporting and project tracking tools • Provide training and feedback to team members to ensure accurate project documentation and execution TO LAND THIS ROLE you need: • 5+ years Surface Land experience, ideally in a consulting services/broker environment • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, balancing priorities and deadlines • Robust communication, problem solving and excellent organizational skills • Take initiative and be self-motivated • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, and high levels of motivation • Authentic personality and natural sense of curiosity • Knowledge of all aspects of Surface Land for the energy sector, with regional experience in AB and BC • Diversity of experience (Oil & Gas, renewable energy, municipal and telecommunications sectors) is preferred • Strong knowledge of Surface Land procedures, documentation, regulations, third party consents
