Key Responsibilities • Monitor live and completed sporting events to verify official results. • Accurately and promptly settle betting markets in accordance with company procedures. • Investigate, analyze, and resolve settlement discrepancies and result-related issues. • Ensure compliance with settlement rules, operational guidelines, and internal quality standards. • Collaborate with internal teams to address market, trading, and settlement queries. • Maintain exceptional accuracy, productivity, and attention to detail while meeting operational deadlines. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of settlement processes and workflows. What we are looking for: • Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills. • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • A genuine interest in sports and sports betting is considered a strong advantage.
