São Paulo, Brazil We are looking for a highly motivated Sponsorships Account Manager to join our team in São Paulo. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong hunter mentality and a passion for sports, entertainment, and cultural properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new sponsorship partnerships, helping expand the league’s commercial footprint and brand ecosystem. This is a strategic sales role focused on business development, requiring the ability to build consultative partnerships with leading brands and agencies. This is a full time role with the expectations of 5 days in the São Paulo office in Brazil. Key Responsibilities • Identify and prospect new sponsorship opportunities across sports, entertainment, and brand marketing sectors • Develop and maintain relationships with brand decision-makers, marketing leaders, and agencies • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing sponsorship agreements • Design and position consultative partnership proposals aligned with brands’ marketing and business objectives • Collaborate internally with marketing, events, and partnerships teams to craft compelling sponsorship packages • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently deliver new partnership revenue • Represent the league in meetings, events, and industry forums when relevant Qualifications & Experience • 5–7+ years of experience in sponsorship sales within sports, entertainment, media, or cultural properties • Proven track record in prospecting and closing partnership deals • Strong business development mindset with a hunter profile • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline with minimal supervision • Fluency in English is required Profile • Commercially driven and results-oriented • Entrepreneurial and self-managed • Strong relationship builder with brands and agencies • Strategic thinker capable of crafting consultative partnership solutions If you are passionate about building partnerships and helping brands connect with audiences through sports and culture, we would love to hear from you.
