Role Summary
As a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized, patient-centered care in accordance with ASHA standards and state licensure requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients within 24–48 hours of physician orders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Communicate with physicians, care teams, patients, and families
• Document evaluations, progress, and billing accurately
• Participate in care planning and discharge processes
• Provide caregiver and staff training
• Recommend equipment and strategies to support outcomes

Qualifications
