Job Description Summary: As the Busser/Runner, you play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department by ensuring timely food delivery, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and assisting with table setup and service. You help deliver an exceptional guest dining experience through your attention to detail, teamwork, and strong menu knowledge. Job Description: Essential Functions and Responsibilities • Provide   timely   and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service   culture • Accurately deliver food items to guests,   identifying   proper placement without asking guests who ordered each   dish • Clear and clean tables promptly, transport bus trays to the dishwashing area, and reset tables with required   items • Assist   with pre-bussing and resetting condiments and silverware according to   standards • Balance and carry large banquet trays to guest   tables • Maintain strong knowledge of menu items and garnishes;   assist   the Expeditor as   needed • Prepare and package to-go   orders • Replenish wares and supplies   inside   stations,   maintain   cleanliness of front-of-house areas, and clean assigned sections at end of   shift • Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local   activities • Monitor and   maintain   cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work   areas • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the   position • Provide outstanding guest service   in a timely manner   to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture   standards • Perform other duties as   assigned Qualifications • 6 months of experience in a full-service dining venue   preferred • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced   environment • Strong communication   skills and willingness to work as part of a   team • Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work   environment Requirements • At least   18 years of age • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal • Obtain and   maintain   all work cards as required by the   company • Verify right to work in the United States Work Cards • Food Handlers Card Physical Requirements • Frequently   push/pull up to   50 lbs. • Frequently   lift and/or car r y up to   50 lbs.   at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels • Frequently   s quat , kneel, reach, bend,   twist • Occasionally   sit and work at a desk or computer • Frequently   standing   and   walking • Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and   telephone • Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in   person • Ability to   distinguish between shades of   color • Ability to   use   tools or equipment requiring a high degree of   dexterity Work Environment Potential Conditions • Indoor • Noisy • Bright flashing lights • Extreme Heights • Extreme hot & cold temperatures • Slippery surfaces • Exposure to dust,   fumes   and/or gases Disclaimer The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
