Coupa Administrator - Remote Long Term Contract - 40 hours pe rweek Ready to take ownership of a high-impact Coupa environment and help shape the future of Procure-to-Pay operations? This is your moment. We are partnering with a leading organization to hire a Coupa Administrator who thrives at the intersection of technology, finance, and transformation. If you love optimizing systems, improving workflows, and collaborating across Procurement, AP, and IT, you will feel right at home here. This role is more than administration. You will be driving real change. Think end-to-end ownership of Coupa, hands-on work with Oracle Payables, and the opportunity to influence how P2P operates at scale. You will be trusted to configure workflows, support invoice automation, enhance supplier onboarding, and manage integrations that keep financial operations running smoothly. You will also play a key role in system enhancements, Agile delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives. If you bring hands-on Coupa experience along with a strong understanding of Oracle AP and P2P processes, this is a space where your voice will be heard and your expertise will matter. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field • 2-4 years of hands-on experience administering Coupa (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, or Supplier Management) • Functional knowledge of Oracle Payables (Fusion ERP) and AP workflows • Experience supporting P2P processes including requisitioning, purchasing, supplier onboarding, and invoice processing • Experience with integrations, file-based imports, and troubleshooting failures • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with transactional datasets • Experience working in SOX-controlled environments • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile delivery practices This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond execution and truly help shape systems, processes, and outcomes.
