About the role : The Specialist,   Visu al   Mer ch andising   will oversee the coordination of all  visu al   mer ch andising standards within the boutique during boutique hours and events. You will play a vital role in supervising with the   Visu al   Lead, the implementation and maintenance of all  visu al  mer ch andising guidelines including window installs and the proper set-up and use of all fixtures, selling tools, and mannequins within the boutique. What impact you can create at   CHANEL : • Communicate and oversee all   appropriate VM   direction, animations and guidelines to Image Ambassadors and boutique management • Develop and   maintain   working relationships with Boutique Management teams to ensure all pertinent merchandise initiatives are being   maintained   and boutique business needs are being met • Responsible for coordinating the movement and storage of display elements in conjunction with  Visu al  Mer ch andise Manager • Ensure windows and selling floors are appropriately merchandised on a regular basis following VM guidelines in between regular floor sets, window   installations   and collection   launches • Ensure photographs are taken of entire boutique after floor and window set, according to VM photo guidelines, for maintenance purposes and submission to the Global Image Team. Base salary is one   component   of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position.
