Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Specialist Pediatric Dentist to join our leading dental healthcare center. The successful candidate will provide specialized dental care for infants, children, and adolescents, focusing on preventive, restorative, and comprehensive pediatric dental treatments while ensuring a comfortable and child-friendly patient experience. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat dental conditions affecting infants, children, and adolescents. • Provide preventive dental care, including oral health education, fluoride treatments, and dental hygiene guidance. • Perform pediatric restorative procedures, including fillings, pulp therapy, and preventive treatments. • Manage dental emergencies, trauma cases, and complex pediatric dental conditions. • Develop individualized treatment plans based on the child’s dental and overall health needs. • Provide behavior management techniques to ensure effective and comfortable dental care for pediatric patients. • Collaborate with orthodontists, oral surgeons, and other dental specialists when required. • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with healthcare standards and infection control protocols. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to patient education programs. Requirements • UK CCT, American Board Certification in Pediatric Dentistry, Australian Board Certification, South African Board Certification, or equivalent Western qualification. • Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience in pediatric dentistry. • Experience working in a leading dental center, university hospital, or tertiary healthcare facility is preferred. • Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and multidisciplinary dental teams. • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality patient care.
