JOB DESCRIPTION: Work Location: Hong Kong Position Type: Full Time, regular Report to: Senior Manager, Contract & Order Management Tasks & Responsibilities: • Manage orders to ensure accurate order execution and on-time shipment delivery • Handle orders received according to relevant import/export regulations/guidelines (e.g. check prices, place orders into SAP or with suppliers, monitor production progress, arrange delivery, prepare shipping documents & invoices) • Prepare monthly sales and delivery report and discrepancy summary • Monitor payment, sending reminders, handle claims and other contractual obligations • Deal with forwarding agents and shipping companies. Select shipping companies, control and check invoices • Handle customer complaints and logistic arrangement for faulty goods return • Maintain file of correspondence, records etc. • Provide clerical support for year-end external audit • Assist to prepare month end reports including inventory, logistics cost, turnrate, D95, down payment, AR and etc. • Handle ad hoc assignments Requirements: • Higher Diploma or above, with min. 5-8 years’ sales and logistics administration experience, preferably gained from MNCs • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) • Proficiency in MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, etc) is essential, knowledge in SAP (SD module) and Power BI is an advantage • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills with internal and external parties • Responsible, customer oriented, adaptive to changes We offer a 5-day work week and hybrid work environment.
