Description
This role reports to both to the Regional HR Director and local CEO and will manage Malaysia &Singapore’s HR and administrative matters. The selected candidate will also be working closely with the regional teams and have the opportunity to lead and work on regional HR projects.
Job Scope

To support multiple departments across the business,
To report Regional Lead and support on regional projects.
Opportunity to drive HR initiatives across 2 markets in South East Asia
To be open to frequent travel. Regular travel to Singapore expected.

Responsibilities
Manage the HR operational functions including benefits, onboarding/offboarding, talent management and employee relations,
Manage administrative matters including Purchasing, Insurance, Office and Equipment Maintenance and General Affairs
Keeping abreast with local employment laws to ensure compliance to Singapore and Malaysia government regulations.
Ensure compliance to employee related policies and procedures
Work closely with the TA team to ensure proper onboarding of employees.
Prepare contracts for new hires, promotions and transfers in collaboration with department management
Work with local vendors to ensure accurate and timely management of payroll and benefits administration.
Manage all documents related to contractor/vendor management
Ensure data accuracy for internal HRIS.
Support foreign employees with visa/work permit and related HR matters
Drive employee engagement programs for Malaysia and Singapore.
Performs special projects as needed on an on-going basis
Be flexible to make regular trips to Singapore for HR related matters .
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management or Business will be an advantage;
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in HR operations needed;
Good interpersonal relation and communication skills
Proficient in Excel.
Independent and proactive in nature.
Well-organized and meticulous
Strong personal and professional ethics & values
A problem solver with a positive attitude and mindset.
Experience in employee relations, labor laws and talent management preferred
