Housecall Pro runs a nationwide series of local, Pro-hosted community events across the country. This full-time contract role supports the Pros hosting these events, focusing on relationship management, onboarding, and proactive partner support rather than overall corporate event planning. Role is in immediate start through approximately Mid-October, exact date to be determined. Local to Denver or New York is a plus. You are the main point of contact for Pros throughout the process—from initial outreach through event day and wrap-up—helping keep host relationships strong, details organized, and logistics on track across dozens of local markets at once. Our success is their success.   What you do each day: Coordinate event logistics for host locations, including scheduling, onboarding new hosts, and event-day setup and support Serve as the primary point of contact for event hosts, keeping them informed, engaged, and set up for success Maintain accurate event plans, timelines, and status tracking across all active hosts Run regular check-ins with hosts to monitor progress, answer questions, and provide the support they need Identify hosts who need extra attention and escalate to the appropriate internal team when needed Coordinate incentive, funding, or resource logistics tied to host participation Provide live, on-the-day support for hosts during their events Support post-event wrap-up, including reporting, follow-up communications, and gathering feedback   Qualifications: Experience in customer success, account management, event coordination, or partner/community support, ideally in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work Comfortable managing a large number of concurrent relationships without letting details slip Strong phone and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with small business owners Detail-oriented, with experience using a CRM or tracking system to manage statuses and reporting (i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot...) Experience with event registration or CRM platforms Comfortable working to firm event-related deadlines, with availability for live, day-of support Self-directed and effective working fully remote with minimal day-to-day oversight High school diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience What will help you succeed:
