What are my responsibilities? • Weltweite Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Bewertung neuer IT-Tools innerhalb der Interroll Gruppe unter Berücksichtigung aller relevanten datenschutzrechtlichen Anforderungen • Erstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung globaler Datenschutzrichtlinien • Erstellung, Prüfung und Verhandlung datenschutzrelevanter Verträge (national/international) • Umsetzung der Anforderungen der datenschutzrechtlichen Bestimmungen im Headquarter (nDSG) und in den Tochtergesellschaften (z.B. DSGVO, PIPL, etc.) der Interroll Gruppe • Erstellung und Überwachung der erforderlichen Dokumentationen (z.B. Verarbeitungsverzeichnisse) • Unterstützung des DSB bei der Erstellung von Datenschutzfolgeabschätzungen • Unterstützung der verantwortlichen Fachabteilungen bei der Umsetzung von relevanten IT-Regelwerken, z.B. NIS-2, EU AI Act, EU Data Act • Verantwortung für den Aufgabenbereich Compliance/Data Protection des Incidence Response Plans • Schnittstelle zwischen Legal/Compliance, Corporate Management Systems und Information Security • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Einhaltung sowie kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung gesetzeskonformer Prozesse und Strukturen im Bereich Datenschutz und IT Sicherheit • Erstellung und Durchführung von zielgruppenspezifischen Schulungen für die Mitarbeiter weltweit mit Fokus auf Datenschutz und dem verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit künstlicher Intelligenz • Umsetzung von Projekten in allen Interroll Standorten weltweit What do I need to qualify for this job? • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Master-Studium in z.B. Wirtschaftsrecht, Wirtschaftsinformatik, oder vergleichbar • Erste Berufserfahrungen im gesuchten Aufgabenfeld • Fundierte Erfahrung im Datenschutz nach DSGVO sind zwingend erforderlich • Zertifizierung als Datenschutzbeauftragter (m/w/d) ist von Vorteil • Erfahrung in der Informationssicherheit; ISO 27001 Auditor Zertifizierung von Vorteil • Strukturierte, eigenständige und sehr sorgfältige Arbeitsweise • Hohe IT-Affinität, speziell im Hinblick auf KI und Informationssicherheit • Deutsch und Englisch min.
