Te Tūranga – About the Role
This is a fixed-term role for approx 10 months supporting the team during an exciting project execution! You’ll play a key role within a small team who have direct influence of how our customers experience our stores! We are focused on making shopping easier, more enjoyable and more relevant.
You will be involved with:
Helping to coordinate strategic projects within the Space & Range Team
Manaing of project plans, actions, risks and stakeholder communications
Supporting trial stores, space planning initatives and improvement programmes
Preparation of reporting, presentations and project documentation
Working across Merchandising, Stores, Property and IT teams
Helping to drive projects from concept through to successful implementation
He kōrero mōu – About You
We're looking for someone with project management or coordination experience first and foremost. You may have a background or strong interest in floor planning, store design, planogramming, visual merchandising, retail operations, or customer experience - that would be ideal!
You’ll bring a curious and proactive mindset, a passion for FMCG, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in a supermarket or similar retail environment would be great.
To succeed in this role, you'll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. You'll have strong analytical skills, confidence working with data and Excel, and the ability to translate insights into practical solutions.
