Roles and Responsibilities • Deliver a range of professional spa treatments to the highest standards, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. • Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing outstanding customer service throughout their visit. • Promote spa treatments and retail products to meet sales targets and encourage repeat business. • Maintain treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and spa facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. • Assist with guest enquiries, bookings, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery. About the role • Qualified Spa Therapist with a passion for health, wellness, and customer care. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong focus on guest satisfaction and attention to detail. • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
