Responsibilities Ensure all areas are clean and equipment is sterilized before use Provide advice on products and techniques based on each client’s needs Update client records with contact details and treatments received Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival Manage appointments Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or five star Spa environment Certified as a Spa Therapist with spa certification and other wellness related certification is advantage Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies Good communication, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields
