SPA SUPERVISOR & RECEPTIONIST for the Lindian Village All Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton / Rhodes Season 2025 Key Responsibilities: Efficiently schedule spa appointments and manage the check-in/check-out process. Provide excellent guest service, addressing concerns and ensuring a personalized experience. Promote spa services, upsell products, and organize promotional events. Supervise staff to maintain high standards of service, grooming, and hygiene. Ensure compliance with spa policies, SOPs, and safety protocols. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Aphrodite spa software is a plus. Professional demeanor with leadership and customer service skills. Degree in Aesthetics & Cosmetology from the Greek University of Applied Sciences will be considered as an advantage.
