This is what you move with us
• Ensuring smooth treatment processes in the SPA
• Sales through professional guest consultation
• Taking reservations
• Proper handling and cleaning of tools and equipment in the SPA
• Compliance with hygiene regulations
• Providing information about the SPA offerings
• All pre- and post-preparation work for optimal reception operations
• Inventory and warehouse control
This is you
• Professional Qualification: You have completed vocational training in hospitality or a commercial apprenticeship; a spa, wellness or beauty qualification is an advantage
• Systems Knowledge: You are confident with spa and PMS booking systems and with MS Office; you work accurately with cash handling, billing and daily closing.
• Languages: You are fluent in German and English; further languages are an advantage.
• Relevant Experience: You bring proven experience at a spa or hotel reception desk, ideally in 5-star hospitality, including appointment scheduling, retail sales and handling treatment enquiries.

As Events Planning Manager, you guide the entire planning journey from proposal through to operational handover, ensuring that every event is accurately planned, efficiently coordinated and flawlessly executed at both the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz and the Grand Hotel Kronenhof Pontresina.Your Mission:End-to-End Event Planning: From the qualified enquiry through proposal and contract to the operational handover - including accommodation, meeting rooms, catering, technical requirements and personal guest preferences.Client Experience: You guide your clients through every stage of the planning process: briefings, site inspections, amendments and professional follow-up - always prompt, polished and personalised.Administrative Excellence: Preparation of contracts, confirmations, function sheets and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), maintenance of all event files in PMS and CRM, and monitoring of deposits and payment schedules.Operational Interface: You lead the internal event planning meetings and liaise closely with Banqueting, Kitchen, Rooms Division, Reservations, Revenue Management and Front Office across both hotels.Leadership & Development: You lead and coach our Events Coordinator(s) day to day, set priorities and establish shared planning standards, templates and processes.Room to Shape: You play an active part in building the new integrated Events organisation of the Kulm Group and develop best practices for both hotels.
