The Spa & Wellness Attendant ensures the successful service delivery of the Gold Standards, upholding its world-renowned brand reputation whilst creating a positive and memorable guest experience. The Spa & Wellness Attendant will typically work in a fast-paced environment where they must multitask on a regular basis. Tasks include with greeting guests as they arrive, explaining the various facilities, treatments and services that are available, helping them get settled into the spa environment to create a seamless journey.
