We are in search of talented with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Spa and Therapy Manager to work with our Spa team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the spa, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests, including creating and promoting spa packages and special offers. Ensure that all spa treatments and services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to continuously improve the spa experience. Train and motivate spa staff, providing coaching and guidance as needed. Collaborate with other departments within the resort to ensure a seamless guest experience. Manage the spa budget, including analyzing financial reports and making adjustments as necessary. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and concepts as appropriate. Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Contribute to the development and implementation of the resort's sustainability initiatives. Requirements Having minimum 5 year experience in managerial position from 4 or 5 stars Hotel Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role. Excellent leadership and management skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of spa treatments and products. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Experience in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred. Certified as a Spa Therapist with spa certification and other wellness related certification is advantage Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields
