Join a regional dry van fleet offering weekly home time, no-touch freight, and a mileage-based pay package. This position is designed for experienced CDL-A drivers looking for consistent regional routes throughout the Southwest. Home Time • Weekly 34-hour restart Pay • $0.53 CPM on all dispatched miles (loaded & empty) • Safety incentive: +$0.01 to +$0.03 CPM • Average 1,800 miles per week • Weekly direct deposit Freight • Dry van trailers • No driver unload • Primarily drop-and-hook freight 📍 Operating Area • Regional Southwest routes Driver Responsibilities • Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and professionally • Transport customer freight throughout the assigned region • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections • Maintain electronic logs and required trip documentation • Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards Minimum Qualifications • Valid Class A CDL • Minimum 6 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience • Must be at least 21 years of age • Must meet DOT qualification requirements • Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits • Paid orientation • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) retirement plan Additional Hiring Information Drivers who have successfully completed the FMCSA SAP Return-to-Duty process may be considered provided all SAP requirements have been completed and verifiable Class A driving experience has been obtained after completing the SAP program.
