Looking for SOP documentation expert and training lead who have knowledge in developing process map and documentation in CPG space – specifically SAP implementations – such as SAP ERP (S4 HANA) implementation • Expertise in SAP documentation and training design and development • Participate in process design sprints for SAP ERP (S4 HANA) implementation as SOP documentation expert and training lead • Develop process map and documentation • Conduct Learning Needs Assessment for training requirements • Work with customer stakeholders and subject matter experts to create process maps • Interview SMEs and business experts to gather inputs / knowledge download for training requirement • Design and development training materials across multiple output – instructor-led training, eLearning modules, Enable NOW • Experience of working on Enable NOW • Work in collaboration with a global virtual /remote team for content gathering and training development • Review SOP documents and training deliverables from the virtual global team for Instructional design and customer requirements • Co-ordinate SME knowledge download sessions with remote development teams • Support remote development team in gathering requirements, resolving queries, and milestone reviews with customer stakeholders Years of exp-7 to 10 Duration of engagement-5 months Functional skills-Writing & Editing Budget-600 USD per day Location –Atlanta (Client location) Preferred companies- Any Utilization%-100 Start date-ASAP No of consultant-2
