Read more about Schneiders solutions here: https://www.se.com/se/sv/ Solution Consultant – Data Center Industry High Growth Market – Thought Leader – Commercial mindset – Concept & Design - Based in one of the Nordic offices in Sweden, Finland, Norway or Denmark As a Solution Consultant, you will support opportunities of medium to high technical and commercial complexity, primarily in the early selling and solution shaping phases. You will work closely with Sales, Opportunity Leaders, and Solution Architects to help customers understand how Schneider Electric’s data center solutions can address their business, technical, and operational requirements. Your role is to act as a trusted technical advisor with focus on early‑phase solution consulting and value positioning, translating customer needs and constraints into credible, high‑level solution concepts and differentiated value propositions, while ensuring alignment with Schneider Electric’s validated architectures and portfolio. What you'll be doing: · Develop a strong understanding of customer business drivers, operational constraints, and decision criteria within the data center segment in the Nordics and beyond, while maintaining awareness of technology trends and market developments to enhance solution positioning and support customers in shaping their strategy. · Support early opportunity phases by helping shape solution concepts across Schneider Electric's data center portfolio — including power, cooling, software, and sustainability — working closely with Sales and Opportunity Leaders to position differentiated, value-based solutions leveraging Schneider Electric's cross-domain offer. · Use and adapt Tested, Validated & Documented Architectures (TVDA) to propose high-level solution approaches, and support the review of customer RFQs by identifying compliance aspects, deviations, assumptions, and constraints in close collaboration with Solution Architects — translating customer requirements into feasible solution options, without owning detailed engineering or final technical design. · Explain and demonstrate the technical and business value of proposed solutions to customers, covering aspects such as resilience, scalability, energy efficiency, sustainability, and speed-to-market, while coordinating with internal stakeholders — Sales, Solution Architects, Business Units, and Application Centers — to ensure solution coherence throughout the tendering phase. · Support customer meetings, workshops, and presentations as a solution and portfolio expert, building strong relationships and conveying technical concepts in a commercially compelling way, establishing yourself as a thought leader within Data Center Design. What will help you succeed, your background: · Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred), with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Data Center industry or related fields such as Telco, including exposure to secure power systems, cooling solutions, and electrical and mechanical installations. Experience in customer-facing or pre-sales roles is strongly preferred. · Good understanding of Schneider Electric's portfolio, including Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), low-voltage electrical panels, medium-voltage equipment, and cooling systems, combined with a strong grasp of data center design principles such as resilience, redundancy, and availability concepts, as well as Uptime Institute Tier I–IV design philosophies. · Familiarity with or interest in Building Informatio
