About WPP Systems: WPP (NASDAQ: WPPGY) is the world's leading communications services group, providing national, multinational and global clients with advertising; media investment management; information, consumer insights; public relations and public affairs; branding & identity, healthcare communications, direct, digital, promotion & relationship marketing. WPP has embarked upon replacing its current legacy financial system for six of its major brands with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (a leading ERP and competing product to SAP). This system will support operations across 18 countries in the Asia Pacific region and will touch a 26K+ user base. The system is being driven out of Singapore and upon completion, will then be rolled out by country. WPP does not have India presence hence it is operating from one of its group companies - Ogilvy & Mather (O&M), one of the world leaders in advertising/marketing. Profile/Designation: Trainee for 6 months and after Training Software Engineer Job Location: Bangalore Desired experience: Fresher Salary: Rs 3 Lpa Target batch passouts: 2014 Course specialization: B.Tech- CS/IT/ECE/MCA Academic Criteria : 10th,12th,Graduation (if any) 60% in graduation Job Description: • Selected candidates will get to work on one of the largest (largest till date) AX implementation in the world. All the positions are based out of Bangalore. • Selected people will be trained on AX2012 (predominantly on the job training) and will be positioned into various streams of the project. They will be on a 2-year bond with the company.
