This role involves deep technical challenges, building durable systems, and mentoring less experienced engineers, while maintaining a hands-on approach with a frontend focus. 🛠️ Tech Stack • Core : React, TypeScript • Plus : Golang, Python, Rust (backend languages) 💼 What You'll Do • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, customers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences. • Develop a world-class managed service for an innovative operational database solution in the cloud. • Proactively contribute to the team's engineering processes to enhance scalability and timely project delivery. • Mentor less experienced engineers and foster a welcoming team environment. • Work across the stack, maintaining a primary frontend focus. ✅ What You'll Need • Experience working with React and TypeScript. • Strong understanding of application architecture within the browser. • 2+ years of experience working on a SaaS product. • Intellectual curiosity for investigating issues that impact business metrics. • Passion for building high-quality, user-experience-focused products that are robust and maintainable in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. 🌟 Nice to Have • Experience working with backend programming languages such as Golang, Python, or Rust.
