If you love solving problems, working across disciplines, and bringing ideas to life, you’ll thrive here.   Building scalable back-end services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.  Designing scalable systems and well-defined service interfaces, with a strong understanding of modern software architecture and testing practices.  Writing clean, high-quality code that is easy to test, maintain and extend across both front-end and back-end services.  Driving quality through excellent automated testing practices, including API testing to enable continuous deployment.  Understanding how modern web applications work end to end, from browser HTTP requests and API calls through to service-layer logic, data handling and page rendering.  Using AI tools and practices to enhance product features, improve code quality and optimise engineering workflows.  Building high-performance, reliable and scalable solutions on AWS or similar public cloud infrastructure.  Any experience building modern mobile-first web applications and components using React, TypeScript or Next.js is beneficial.  Who you will work with Reporting to the Engineering Manager and working in the Engineering Team, App Squad etc. About you On the back end we use Java with Spring Boot, in an AWS (Amazon Web Services) environment   On the front-end React, Redux, TypeScript, Node.js, NextJS and SCSS, and test with Jest, Enzyme, React testing library and Cypress   Orchestration of our test and deployment process using CircleCI with GitHub, Maven   We use Contentful and ElasticPath as our content and commerce engines respectively   We also use Optimizely to run A/B testing on the features we build   Charlotte Tilbury is a fast‑paced, dynamic and ever‑evolving environment where agility, ambition and a passion for excellence help our teams thrive.
