Description
ABOUT AIOS AIOS is building the world’s first full-stack AI doctor. We’re at $400M ARR, growing from $10M/yr 12 months ago. We’re the world’s fastest growing AI doctor. We’re faithfully serving >200k/mo patients via Bolt Pharmacy, our main UK brand. We’re profitable. Our strategy exists at the intersection of two strong theses: 1. The AI doctor that wins will get to escape velocity using GLP-1s, the fastest growing consumer product in history. 2. The $2T European healthcare market is overlooked by the most talented builders. Our master plan: - Step 0 → $100M/yr by end of 2025: We went from $10M to $100M in 6 months serving the UK GLP-1 market. - Step 1 → $1B ARR by end of 2026: Over the last 12 months we've grown from 3k to 150k UK active GLP-1 patients. We’ll continue this growth curve to hit $1B ARR. - Step 2 → $10B ARR by end of 2028: Blitzscale Europe. We’ll be Europe’s largest GLP-1 provider. - Step 3 → $100B/yr by end of 2031: Get regulatory approval across Europe for our Full Autonomous Prescribing (FAP) system. Win contracts at scale with European payers to mass replace human labor. We’ll be the dominant full-stack AI doctor in Europe. - Step 4 → $1T/yr by end of 2035: With one line of code and zero human time, you can use AIOS to treat any patient globally with any medication. In so doing, we’ll become the world’s first trillion-dollar healthcare company. We’re a young, founder-led company. This is still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us. Our systems serve >200k patients each month. Our agentic workflows autonomously generate >$100k of revenue per day. Our customer products support complete healthcare journeys, while our clinical systems help clinicians deliver care safely at enormous scale. You’ll join one of these teams: - AI Growth: Build self-improving growth loops across visitors, leads, and prospective customers. You’ll work across customer-facing AI, internal automation, experimentation, and growth products. - Product Growth & Retention: Make checking in, reordering, and continuing treatment effortless. You’ll build in React Native and help make our mobile app the core product customers rely on throughout treatment. - Engagement: Build the best healthcare app in the UK for patients and non-patients alike. You’ll create useful, engaging products that give people a reason to open the app regularly and build a lasting relationship with our brand. - Care & Aegis: Build the clinical workflows, tools, data flows, and backend systems surrounding Aegis, our AI-assisted clinical decision-support system. During the interview process, we’ll understand where you do your best work and find the team where your strengths can create the most leverage. You’ll share ownership of the product itself: what gets built, how it works, how it feels to use, and whether it produces the outcome we expected. You’ll understand the people using your work, collaborate closely with product and design, and question decisions that do not make sense. Your ownership continues in production. You’ll follow how people use what you built, understand the relevant metrics, identify where the experience falls short, and keep improving it. We care deeply about the quality of our software. The systems you build must be clear, tested, observable, and maintainable by the engineers who come after you. You’ll make thoughtful architectural decisions, handle failure cases properly, review code seriously, and strengthen weak foundations before they become permanent constraints. Speed matters just as much. At our pace, excellent engineering m
