In dieser Position gestalten Sie aktiv die SPS- und Prozessvisualisierungssoftware für unsere Vakuumbeschichtungsanlagen mit. Taking responsibility together • Mitwirkung bei Entwicklung, Konzeption und Implementierung der Anlagensoftware sowie der SPS-Hardware, einschließlich Antriebs-, Signalverarbeitungs- und Regelungstechnik. • Programmierung der SPS-Software mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Simatic S7 und anderen relevanten Plattformen. • Programmierung von Visualisierungssoftware unter Verwendung von Tools wie InTouch, TIA Portal, Labview, WinCC und Siemens Unified. • Simulation und umfassende Erprobung der Software an realen Anlagen. • Aktive Beteiligung an der Software- und Prozessinbetriebnahme. • Eigenständige Erstellung umfassender Inbetriebnahme-Handbücher. • Durchführung von Schulungen und Trainings für Kunden zur effektiven Nutzung der entwickelten Softwarelösungen. Contribute own competencies • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in den Bereichen Mechatronik oder Elektrotechnik, ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Programmierungstechniker oder ein erfolgreich absolviertes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbar. • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen elektromechanischen, automatisierten Systemen von Vorteil. • Gute Kenntnisse in der Hard- und Software. • Bereitschaft zu Reisen und Flexibilität für internationale Einsätze. (10-15%). • Systematische und methodische Vorgehensweise bei Inbetriebnahmen und Fehlerbehebungen. • Gute Englischkenntnisse. Onboarding We want your start at VON ARDENNE to be successful from the very beginning. In our onboarding program, you will receive a comprehensive overview of our company in addition to your professional induction. 1 Employee account As part of the contract handover, you will receive a checklist to prepare your start at VON ARDENNE. We will also provide you with the access data for your employee account, which you can already use from the comfort of your own home. Here you can prepare for your first day at work, e.g. upload a photo for your employee ID card. 2 Welcome-Day The first working day starts together for all new employees. At interdepartmental informational events, you will get an overview of the company and can make initial contacts. You will also receive your technical equipment on your first day of work. 3 On-the-job training Now the technical training starts. During the initial period, your individual on-the-job training plan will provide you with an orientation on all subject areas and the relevant contact persons.
