Description
The Company This dynamic, fast-growing agency was founded by a passionate team of industry leaders. Backed by two well-established sister companies, the agency has quickly gained traction, partnering with high-profile clients such as Nike, Meta, Amazon, and Sony. With a young, vibrant team, a collaborative culture, and a strong emphasis on creative input, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business on the rise. They offer a high-energy, “work hard, play hard” environment, where all ideas are valued regardless of seniority, and there’s a strong focus on team collaboration in their brand-new studio space. Role Overview As a Social Strategist (Senior Account Manager), you’ll be the key driver behind creating and implementing social strategies for a high-profile client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a data-driven approach to social media and a passion for translating insights into actionable strategies. Key responsibilities include: • Act as the primary contact for the client, ensuring their goals are met and exceeded. • Create innovative strategies tailored to client objectives, such as increasing ticket sales, affiliate revenue, and improving brand perception. • Provide guidance and feedback on client-created content to enhance quality and maximise impact. • Utilise platform-provided data to generate insights and present actionable recommendations to clients and creative teams. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution. • Share knowledge and insights to improve the agency’s overall expertise in social strategy and analytics. • Be ready to step in and assist with tasks outside your direct remit, maintaining a hands-on approach. Skills & Experience • Agency or client-side experience, ideally with a focus on sports or entertainment. • Strong understanding of platform features, trends, updates, and analytics. • A passion for interpreting data and translating it into actionable strategies and creative ideas. • Proven ability to present metrics and campaign performance to clients and internal teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while staying on top of multiple projects. • Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events, with time off in lieu. • A collaborative mindset, free of egos, with a hunger to learn and grow. Company Benefits • Join a high-energy, collaborative team in a brand-new office space. • Opportunity to progress within a rapidly growing agency. • Your ideas will be valued and encouraged, regardless of your position. • Fridays are WFH, and time is given back in lieu for event work. • Work with globally recognised brands on impactful campaigns.
