Description
ABOUT ACQ MEDIA ACQ Media is the in-house media engine behind Acquisition.com http://Acquisition.com and its portfolio of brands led by Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, and Sharran Srivatsaa. Our mission is to build the leading business media organization in the world by 2030. We produce high-performance long-form series, podcasts, and daily social content that reach millions of people around the globe. Our content is not vanity media, it is designed to drive measurable reach, deepen brand influence, and create downstream business impact across the entire Acquisition.com http://Acquisition.com ecosystem. We operate like a studio, not a startup content team. That means structured workflows, batch production, clear performance metrics, and an aggressive commitment to innovation, especially through AI-native production systems. We are building a repeatable content machine that compounds: more output, higher quality, faster iteration, stronger monetization, and deeper brand equity over time. If you’re joining ACQ Media, you’re not here to just make content. You’re here to help build a media powerhouse. ROLE: We’re hiring a Social Media Producer to lead the growth and performance of the social ecosystem behind ACQ Media and the personal brands of Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, and Sharran Srivatsaa. This role is for someone who has scaled meaningful accounts and can point to measurable results. ACQ Media is the in-house media engine producing long-form series, podcasts, and daily short-form content that reaches millions globally. Our media is engineered to drive measurable brand growth and downstream business impact, not vanity engagement. We operate like a studio with structured workflows, batch production, performance metrics, and AI-native systems. In this role, you will own the strategy, editorial direction, and performance of all short-form and platform-native content. You will turn long-form episodes into high-retention, high-distribution assets that drive traffic back to YouTube and strengthen the overall brand ecosystem. You are the bridge between production and distribution, responsible for ensuring speed, cohesion, and measurable impact. This is a management role based in Las Vegas. You will directly manage the Social Coordinator, own the publishing pipeline, and build repeatable systems that compound over time. We are looking for a growth-minded operator who understands platforms deeply, actively integrates AI into workflows, and treats social as a performance channel. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Own the end-to-end social growth strategy across all platforms, translating long-form content into high-performing short-form assets that drive traffic, retention, and measurable brand growth. - Lead and develop the Social Coordinator, setting strategic direction while ensuring disciplined execution of the publishing calendar and platform distribution. - Identify high-retention moments within long-form content and provide clear editorial direction to editors to maximize performance and cohesion. - Build and optimize repeatable production systems, including AI-driven workflows that increase speed, output, and quality. - Monitor performance data across platforms, translate insights into actionable pivots, and continuously improve strategy based on measurable results. - Partner with the production team to ensure social-first capture, organized asset management, and rapid turnaround from long-form production to distribution. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience in social production, digital strategy, or video-first content growth, with a proven track record of scaling accounts through original video content. - Demonstrated experience managing at least one direct report and owning performance outcomes. - Strong editorial judgment. You can consistently identify high-retention moments within long-form content and understand why they will perform on specific platforms. - Deep platform fluency across YouTu
