Description
Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster. We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI. We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services. If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe. About the Role: Crusoe is hiring a Social Media Manager to own our organic social presence end-to-end. Not just scheduling posts, but shooting and editing short-form video on-site at our offices and data centers, translating dense technical announcements (new GPU clusters, model training milestones, infrastructure launches) into content that lands with ML engineers, infrastructure leads, and AI researchers, and building a real following among the technical audience that actually cares about what we build. This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks like a creator first and a marketer second: comfortable pulling out a phone at a product launch or an industry event and coming back with something worth posting, comfortable enough with AI/infrastructure concepts to write copy that doesn't get laughed out of a technical Twitter/X reply thread, and organized enough to run a real editorial calendar across channels. What You'll Be Working On: - Own Crusoe's social channels (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms) end-to-end: strategy, content calendar, publishing, and performance reporting. - Shoot and edit short-form video yourself (on-site at data centers, at industry events, and in the office) no production crew required. - Launch Crusoe's TikTok from scratch and create native platform-specific vertical content for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. This is a video-first, platform-native role, not repurposed clips from longer content. - Turn technical source material (product launches, research/benchmark results, executive commentary, customer stories) into social-native content that's accurate enough to hold up under scrutiny from a technical audience yet engaging enough to hold their attention. - Build and maintain relationships with AI/infrastructure creators, researchers, and technical journalists to expand organic reach. - Build social-native funnels that go beyond awareness. Use automation to move engaged followers through the same capture, nurture, convert logic we run on web, adapted to how people actually behave on each platform. - Source, brief, and manage a roster of contractors, freelance creators, and influencers who extend our content and campaign output, and build a user-generated content (UGC) pipeline that gets Crusoe's story told by voices beyond our own channels. - Monitor real-time AI/infrastructure conversation and react quickly when Crusoe has something relevant to add. - Partner with product, engineering, and exec stakeholders to source technical content and keep messaging accurate. - Be a fast, reliable partner to teams outside marketing who all lean on social for their own moments: People & Recruiting, Field Marketing/Events, PR/Comms, Workplace, and Exec/Leadership. - Track engagement, re
