Crafting clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for posts, captions, and community management. Connecting brands with their communities through meaningful, always-on community management and engagement, and smart participation in cultural moments. Analysing content and channel performance, uncovering creative insights, and using them to guide recommendations and reporting. Owning the delivery of monthly and quarterly reports that clearly demonstrate impact and inform future strategy. Building trusted, collaborative relationships with clients, positioning yourself as their go-to social expert. Overseeing day-to-day social channel management - scheduling content, updating bios and links, maintaining content calendars, and ensuring all activity is consistent, accurate, and on-brand. Developing and maintaining comprehensive monthly and quarterly content calendars, mapping posts, publishing dates, formats, and channels. Staying up-to-date with social platform updates, emerging formats, and best practices to inform creative and strategic decisions. 🟢WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You'll have a sophisticated understanding of the platforms and be able to advise on when, where and how often content should be shared. You live and breathe content, and are driven by a desire to create and occasionally feature in great client work. A creative thinker & writer: you're able to work both independently and collaboratively on ideation for content across social. You love brands and social media: you're fascinated by brands, how they market themselves, and use social media to do this. You are naturally curious about the developments of the digital world and excited by its potential. Pride in your work: we treat our client's brands as our own and are meticulous about our approach. You will take real pride in what you deliver and always strive for perfection. Real drive and ambition: you'll be constantly adapting to the ever-growing world of social, and we need people who have the mindset of growth as well as the ambition to get there.
