Play your part in a brilliant company culture built on teamwork, creativity, and fun.     We’re on the hunt for a mid-weight   Social Media Manager  with strong client and team management experience, deep platform knowledge, and a talent for guiding great social content from brief to  go live and beyond . This role sits within our  Social@Ogilvy  team, where we value creativity grounded in insight,  big ideas  that are game-changing, flawless execution, and a vibrant office environment.   Working alongside social strategists, content creators, and community managers, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of social programs, organic content calendars, creator-led programs, and high-impact integrated campaigns.   You’re  someone who lives and breathes social media. You know what's trending, why it matters, and how brands can  participate  in cultural moments authentically. You want to sharpen your client-management and strategic planning skills while  remaining  deeply connected to the creative production of world-class social work every day.     About the Role    Working closely with clients and teammates you’ll help manage and deliver a range of social and creator-led programs and campaigns ensuring that plans are executed flawlessly. You’ll play a key role from brief and planning through to production and publishing to deliver strategies that create cultural and commercial impact for our clients.   What You’ll Do   Client delivery:  Manage day-to-day social delivery for your clients. Keep work on track, on brief and on time — building trust through consistency and quality.   Strategy & planning:  Assist in developing social strategies rooted in insight and cultural relevance. Contribute to  and coordinate  content planning, channel  strategy  and trend-led ideation with a point of view that adds value. Content & community:  Support content creators and community managers across production,  publishing  and engagement. Help  maintain  a high bar for everything that goes live. Partner with clients:  Work closely with clients to  identify  opportunities and cascade briefs within the agency. Combine brilliant basics with insightful and  timely  counsel.  Reporting & insights:  Assist with regular client reporting  -  pulling data, surfacing  insights  and helping tell the story of  what's  working and why. AI & innovation:  Use  WPP Open , our proprietary AI platform,  to streamline workflows, improve content production and find smarter ways to deliver for clients.  Growth:   Identify  opportunities to add value for clients beyond the brief and contribute to new business efforts when called on.     What you bring   Solid knowledge of the major platforms: the formats, the algorithm shifts, the cultural forces shaping what works  Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball   Attention to detail and pride in getting things right before they go live A creative eye for content and developing strategic instincts to back it up   A good understanding of social content production processes from reactive and trend-based content to planning and management of shoots and live capture  Experience managing talent and creator led campaigns and always on activity   Clear communication and good judgement on when to escalate   Energy, curiosity and a genuine hunger to learn from experie
