To find out more about LBX visit lbx.com Job Overview We are looking for a Social Media and Content Manager to be the daily voice of LBX across Latin America, bringing campaigns and creative ideas to life across Spanish-language social channels. You will create engaging content that connects with traders, builds community, and stays aligned with brand and compliance standards. Responsibilities Manage and grow LBX LATAM’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn in Spanish, executing content strategies defined by the Brand & Creative team. Create, edit, and publish content for LATAM audiences, including short-form videos, podcasts, YouTube videos, carousels, stories, and educational posts. Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with market events, product launches, F1 moments, and regional trading trends. Collaborate with affiliate and partner teams to create co-branded and shareable content assets. Monitor LATAM trading communities (Telegram, WhatsApp, forums, and fintech spaces) to identify opportunities for engagement and organic community growth. Ensure all content passes compliance review before publication. Track and report monthly organic growth and engagement metrics. Adapt global campaigns and creative assets to LATAM’s regional and cultural context in coordination with the global creative team. Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, content trends, and emerging social media formats. Requirements 3–5 years of social media and content experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, crypto, or another trust-sensitive category Strong understanding of how retail traders consume content in LATAM Hands-on video creation and editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) Ability to work under a creative brief and execute with consistency across platforms without needing to reinvent direction with every post Familiarity with compliance review processes for financial content English proficiency Demonstrated track record of growing a brand audience in a category where trust is earned slowly and lost quickly Benefits Monthly bonuses based on performance 21 working days annual leave  Udemy Business unlimited membership  Corporate events and team building activities Professional and personal development opportunities in a fast-growing environment
