Description
As a Social Media & Community Manager, you will use your existing social media & community management skills to contribute to our remaster of Dungeon Rampage, a 2.5D Hack-and-Slash game made in Flash. Gamebreaking Studios is seeking an individual to help expand and cultivate our audience. This highly collaborative role requires a deep understanding of how to create compelling social media content and how communities interact at mass. The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting key deadlines within a fast-paced, remote work setting. Gamebreaking Studios is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Responsibilities : • Act as the primary voice of the community externally & internally, surfacing feedback, sentiment, and emerging trends. • Managing official brand communication across social media platforms (including X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and other channels such as Steam, Discord, Reddit, etc. • Developing, creating, and publishing content (news posts, marketing materials, including graphical and video assets) on our channels and websites. • Tracking community growth and social media performance, transforming data into reports that provide insights to optimize content strategy and reach. Qualifications: • Deep understanding of social media platforms and gaming communities (TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, Steam, etc.). • Strong written communication & time management skills with the ability to adapt to each channel specific audience. • Proven experience in a similar communications or community management role within the game development industry. • Proficiency in English (C1/C2)
