SNOC Operators will perform 24×7 shift operations, monitor events and alerts, respond to incidents, conduct initial troubleshooting and analysis, triage issues, and escalate incidents according to operational procedures. Assistant SNOC Shift Lead supports the SNOC Shift Lead with shift coordination, operational supervision, incident management, escalation handling, reporting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. SNOC Shift Lead oversees overall shift operations, coordinate major incidents, manage escalations, facilitate operational and project meetings, ensure SLA compliance, and provide leadership to the shift team. Requirements Experience working in a 24×7 Network Operations Center (NOC) or Security Network Operations Center (SNOC). Good understanding of incident management, event monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalation processes. Experience with enterprise monitoring and ticketing tools. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during critical incidents. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL Foundation, Security+, or equivalent are advantageous.
