COMPENSATION • Competitive contract rates commensurate with experience, paid per agreed terms. • Engagement contingent on a background check clearing you to work in public school settings. SCOPE OF SERVICES • Plan and provide individual and group therapy aligned with IEP goals • Evaluate student progress and readiness for dismissal from services • Conduct independent evaluations to assess eligibility for speech-language services • Participate in IEP/ARD meetings to support appropriate placement and goal setting • Collaborate with teachers to support communication skills through classroom activities • Provide guidance to school personnel on identifying and understanding communication deficits • Communicate therapy goals and progress with colleagues, students, and parents • Support ongoing evaluation of speech-language services and recommend improvements • Assist in the selection of equipment and instructional materials • Compile and maintain accurate, timely reports and records meeting district and state requirements QUALIFICATIONS • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders • Active Texas SLP license • Valid driver's license • Bilingual Spanish preferred PRACTICAL NOTES • Some travel to campus sites within your service area • Light lifting and transport of therapy and test materials READY TO PARTNER WITH US?
