Our client, a leading manufacturer specialising in precision plastic molding for various industries, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production process and the delivery of high-quality products to our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Operate and monitor injection molding machines and associated equipment to produce plastic components efficiently and within quality specifications. • Conduct visual inspections of molded components to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any defects or issues promptly. • Load and unload materials into machines, ensuring the proper set-up and maintenance of raw material supplies. • Monitor production schedules and work with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines. • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. • Perform basic maintenance tasks on machines and equipment to keep them in optimal working condition. • Maintain accurate production records and documentation of any machine issues or maintenance performed. • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot problems and improve production processes. Qualifications: • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • Excellent communication skills. • Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines. Hours of work: Must be available to work a rotating shift pattern – (8.00pm – 4.00pm, 4.00pm – 12.00am, 12.00am- 8.00am) – 8 hour shifts – 5 days per week OR (8.00am – 8.00pm, 8.00pm – 8.00am) 12 hour shifts -3/4 days per week To Apply for this Job Click Here
