Welder / Fabricator Earn £1168 per week (£1168 inclusive of attendance allowance and production bonus) with overtime available on top, paid at time and half and double time. Location: Darwen, Lancashire Nights: Monday–Thursday 5pm to 5am (40 hours + 8 hours @ 1.5X) Why Join Us? Due to expansion, we’re looking for skilled and enthusiastic Welder/Fabricators to join our busy Engineering team in Darwen. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting and diverse projects across sectors such as nuclear, military, and advanced engineering. What We’re Looking For : • Time-served fabricator • Experience in heavy engineering environments • Skilled in MIG and TIG welding (Ferrous and non-ferrous materials) • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings • Comfortable welding various materials and thicknesses – especially stainless steel from 1mm to 12mm • Control route cards and weld schedules transferring the daily data. • Able to follow a WPS. • Ability to carry out coded welding to pass 100% NDT including volumetric testing.
