Pay: .00 per day Job Description: Job Title: Skilled Labourer Location: Birmingham Pay Rate: 130 per day ( 16.25 per hour, based on an 8-hour day) Start Date: Immediate Job Description We are looking for 2 Skilled Labourers to join a nursery school refurbishment project in Birmingham with an immediate start. Duties will include: • Rip out of existing bathrooms • Lifting and removing vinyl flooring • General strip-out works • Assisting carpenters and other trades • Moving materials around site • General site labouring and keeping work areas clean and tidy • Following health and safety procedures at all times Requirements • Previous refurbishment or construction site experience • Own PPE (Safety Boots, Hi-Vis, Gloves and Safety Goggles) • Reliable and hardworking • Ability to start immediately Benefits • Immediate start • Free on-site parking • Opportunity for ongoing work for the right candidate Application question(s): • Do you hold a valid CSCS Card, and do you have your own PPE (safety boots, hi-vis, gloves and safety goggles)? • Have you worked alongside trades such as carpenters, plumbers or plasterers on refurbishment projects before?
