Description
Skikda Vessel Accounts & Administration Accounting Operations includes accounting operations roles involved in overseeing the day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and in compliance with regulations, accounting principles and standards. Covers cost accounting (allocating and analyzing direct and indirect costs, actual vs. budgeted cost variance analysis, etc.), and budget accounting (developing and monitoring annual revenue/expense budgets for the purpose of controlling funds and measuring operating results). Also covers accounts payable / accounts receivable, billing & invoicing roles. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate recording of daily financial transactions. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Monitor compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Analyze direct and indirect costs and cost allocations. Conduct budget-to-actual variance analysis. Manage AP, AR, billing, and invoicing activities. Support annual budget preparation and forecasting. Track budget performance and spending levels. Prepare financial and operational reports. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities. What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in accounting (Certified Public Accountant preferred/ required) +2 years of experience Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, data analysis, reporting). Knowledge of Workday Financials and related accounting processes.
