Description Full-Time Crew Leader in Training (Construction/Landscaping) Pay rate: $19.00-$22.00 plus overtime Valor Environmental is the largest full-service environmental services company in the United States. Incentives: · Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance · Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, and Accident Insurance · Paid Holidays · Paid Time Off · 401k with great company match · Weekly pay · Year-Round work Job Responsibilities • Lead a crew of Environmental Field Service (EFS) Specialists in the occurrence a Field Quality Manager (FQM) is out. • Install and remove Silt Fence. • Install protection to storm inlets. • Work with heavy duty hand tools (sledge hammer/shovels, etc.). • Install various types of erosion control measures (BMPs) as prescribed by reporting agencies. • Watch for safety hazards on jobsite, correct employees anytime they are working in an unsafe manner. • Operate company machinery. • Additional duties as assigned. Requirements Requirements • Previous construction or landscaping leadership experience • Must have a valid Driver’s License • Must be able to physically work outdoors in all types of weather • Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed · Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks.
