Hourly Pay Rate: $17 per hour
About this position:
Be the front-line contact for guests using the valet service for their ski equipment.
Essential Duties:
• Check guest equipment for proper storage and assist with equipment dressing.
• Provide information and ensure safe equipment storage, answering guest questions.
• Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor while assisting guests with ski valet services.
• Help guests with boot fitting and offer guidance to the gondola or hotel.
• Anticipate and address problems, offering shuttle service when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of ski valet area and surrounding spaces.
• Perform equipment checks, ticket checks, and snow shoveling as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and report any issues promptly.
• Monitor weather conditions and update guests on lift closures and hours of operation.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or proficiency in reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Work primarily indoors with elevated physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and walking on uneven terrain.
