DOF is pleased to announce an internal opportunity on board Skandi Hugen , as we continue to deliver safe and efficient offshore operations.
We are looking for a 2nd officer to join the vessel from 18.06.2026.
A handover period prior to embarking may be expected.
Rotation: 4 Weeks
Operational area: North Sea
As part of the crew on Skandi Hugen , you will play an important role in day‑to‑day operations, contributing to safe execution of work and maintaining DOF’s high operational standards.

Requirements
General requirements include:
• Valid certifications and qualifications in accordance with the position and vessel requirements.
• Proven experience within the offshore industry, particularly in roles related to vessel operations.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment and contribute positively to crew dynamics.
• Flexibility to work within the conditions and schedules typical of offshore operations.
• Good communication skills in English + Scandinavian language.
• Additional / vessel‑specific requirements may apply , such as:
• Scandinavian language proficiency
• Full DP certificate required
