We’re specialists in waterproofing solutions, pioneering innovative geomembrane installation techniques for over 25 years and delivering multimillion-pound projects for the UK water industry.
When you join us, you’ll be working on important water infrastructure projects across the country, installing high-quality TPO, PVC and HDPE membranes that help deliver clean drinking water to local communities.

What you’ll be doing
• Installing and welding membranes (TPO/ /PVC/HDPE) in water industry infrastructure
• Performing both machine welding and hand welding techniques
• Creating waterproof detailing work including internal/external features
• Installing mechanical fixings and termination details with stainless steel battens
• Working on sites across the UK (with overnight stays)
• Contributing to a team of technicians on varied refurbishment projects
• Problem-solving waterproofing challenges in different environments
Who we’re looking for
Essential:
• Experience in machine welding of thermoplastic membranes or similar
• Ability to hand weld with precision, including hot air and wedge welding techniques (further training will be provided)
• Valid driving license
• Willingness to work nationally and stay away from home frequently
• Problem-solving skills and an engineering mindset
• Understanding of how to make details waterproof
• Ability to handle power tools, such as grinders and drills
• A positive and motivated attitude
Desirable:
• Direct experience with TPO (Flagon) and PVC membranes and HDPE materials
• Confidence completing mechanical fixing and termination details
• Confined Space training
• CSCS card
• Experience with bonded and liquid-applied membranes
• Experience with over-banding techniques
• Waterproofing/tank lining background such as in the water or roofing industries
